In Season Two of UNDONE, Alma realizes there may be deeper mysteries in her family’s past. She crusades to uncover truths that could reshape her present-day reality.

In this mixed media animation project of 8 episodes of 22 min animated TV series for Prime Amazon. I built and managed a team of 70 artists with , I was the production manager to run the project from script to completion for post production.

Managed schedule & budget to produce together with supervisors and coordinators in the studio and remotely. Among many other tasks, I mainly focused on daily troubleshooting from shoot & rotoscope materials, 2D animation, 3D animation, VFX to compositing. Weekly reports on the episodic status to producers and to clients. Recruiting and training production team. Motivate the team to work as a whole during Covid period. Proudly completed the project on time and within the budget.
